Paint!

Here are some great brushes (and pngs) to add a finishing touch to your layouts. Each file comes in both abr and png format. Use the pngs when you don't feel like loading brushes - they're easy to recolor using the hue/saturation slider. Use the brushes for ease in resizing, and also to get some great layer-style effects and whatnot. Use your brush presets to set a circle to rotate randomly and make yourself a non-repeating polka dot background. There are so many creative ways to use brushes!
