Purchasing
What payments do you accept? Credit cards and Paypal. Paypal is the only payment option; however you needn't have a Paypal account. You can use your credit card and it simply gets processed through Paypal. If you use a Paypal e-check, please be aware that your downloads and shipments will be held until the check clears (usually within 4 business days).
Downloading
Where are my download links? Once you've made a payment, you should be automatically redirected to your shopping cart, where you will see a category for Download Links. If something seems amiss, please use the Contact form or email me and I will get back to you ASAP.
What type of file am I downloading? All of my products are in a .zip format; you'll need unzipping software such as WinZip to open the file.
Designs
How are your elements/papers made? Everything is created in Adobe Photoshop at 300 ppi and saved as jpegs or png files. Creating the papers and elements at this resolution allows for beautiful print quality- whether you are printing your finished layouts, or printing my designs to use in your paper or hybrid projects.
Can I print your designs to use on my paper scrapbook pages? Yes! You don't have to be limited to what you find on the shelves in a scrapbook store. All of the papers and a lot of the embellishments you'll find in the shoppe can be printed and used like traditional supplies.
Usage
Can I use your designs for my Scrap-for-Hire business? The short answer is yes; my products are free to use for your typical small S4O/S4H business. You'll want to read my TOU for more in-depth answers, but here are is the quick version:
S4O/S4H, hybrid craft fair projects, candy wrappers, etc: Yes, on all my products; totally fine, no credit, no further fees.
Personal blogs and websites: Yes, feel free, as long as everything is at 72ppi. No credit required, no further fees. All products OK.
If you design blogs and websites for others, or make skins for eBay and the like: You must purchase an Extended Use license and also deliver the designs at 72ppi. Then you can use any and all of my products.
If you make freebies: You can use my Commercial Use/Designer Resource products (but only those) for your freebies.
If you make quickpages: You may use my CU/Designer Resource products (but only those) for your quickpages as long as they are presented in a flattened form. Openings for photos are OK of course, as long as my overlays are not used in the openings.
Template Makers: None of my products are OK for this use, as they by definition are redistributing my designs, which is not OK.
Commercial Use Product Makers: You can not use my CU stuff to make your CU stuff.
Ad agencies, graphic designers, etc: You can use My Commercial Use/Designer Resource stuff with no additional licensing. If you're interested in using anything else of mine, please contact me to inquire about licensing.
Photographers: Feel free to use any of my designs on your photos, as long as they are delivered to your client either flattened or already printed. No additional fees required.

Shipping
What are your shipping costs? Shipping and handling for the CD burning service is included in the price. Shipping on the jewelry, the CIY kits, and the magnets is built in, and depends on the total weight of your purchase.
How often do you ship? Every day but Sunday!
Do you ship internationally? Yes! You'll need to purchase one of the shipping options when you make a magnet or jewelry purchase, based on the total weight. Weights are given in each product description. Sorry to make you do math.
Magnets
What's the process for ordering the magnets? It's very easy; you buy them in the shop, download the instructions, send your images to me per the instructions, and I will send you the magnets within 72 hours of receiving your images.
Jewelry
What is the process for ordering jewelry? It's very easy; you buy the items in the shop, download the instructions, send your images to me per the instructions, and I will send you the jewelry within 72 hours of receiving your images.
General
Why no forum or gallery? I don't need another place to have to check every day and neither do you!
How can I contact you? You can use the Contact Us form. I will get back to you within 24 hours on most days. If you have not heard from me by then, please check your spam.
Privacy
Is my information kept confidential? Yes, of course. I will never share your personal or financial information or your email address with anyone, ever.
Returns
Due to the custom-made nature of our tangible items, returns are not possible. Nor are returns or refunds on digital downloads. If you have questions about the products, please email me before you purchase them.
